1. Navigate to System administration > Workspaces > Data management

  2. Be sure to select the correct country in top right corner - 'DEN'/'SWE'/'NOR' depending on which customer needs to be imported
       
  3. Click on the 'Import'-button


  4. Name the import with a 'Group name'.
    Click on 'Add file'.
    Select source data format 'EXCEL'.
    Search and select 'Customers V3'.
    Click 'Upload and add' and select the file that the user has sent. Wait a few seconds until file has been uploaded. 



  5. Click on 'Close'


  6. Click on 'Import now'. This process can take some time to complete. It depends on how many customers/lines that needs to be imported. Have patience and wait for either a checkmark- or fail-symbol.

    If this happens: Click on 'View staging data' and review the error message. Fix error message and try again when file has been updated.

    You can then let the user know that import has happened.
