Original error message in our environment:
Planned production order 69347000840 could not be scheduled using route 2BPack. Reason: Capacity could not be found

Issue was that planning through MRP could not happen because working times for the route (in this example 2BPack) was not composed ahead in the future where planning needed to happen.
