Error seen on mobile device/terminal where end user tries to receive returned items. When entering the quantity of items, the mobile device returns "The quantity is not valid.".


Potential causes:

  1. The deadline and/or requested receipt date has been exceeded.
  2. The quantity(or part of quantity) is already received on another license plate.


Potential solutions:

  1. End user needs to contact Sales/Customers services and ask them to adjust deadline and/or requested receipt date to be in the future.
  2. The received amount of quantity can be looked up through "Mixed license plate receiving". Reply to end user with the info from that menu, and tell them to either adjust/complete that received license plate or remove/cancel the quantity received.
