Error seen on mobile device/terminal where end user tries to receive returned items. When entering the quantity of items, the mobile device returns "The quantity is not valid.".
Potential causes:
- The deadline and/or requested receipt date has been exceeded.
- The quantity(or part of quantity) is already received on another license plate.
Potential solutions:
- End user needs to contact Sales/Customers services and ask them to adjust deadline and/or requested receipt date to be in the future.
- The received amount of quantity can be looked up through "Mixed license plate receiving". Reply to end user with the info from that menu, and tell them to either adjust/complete that received license plate or remove/cancel the quantity received.
