Solved together with Marianne, from her D365 user.


You can print or save the following as an SOP if you have picked incorrectly.


Important: The entire pick/work must be completed and "put" to the Ship location before the following will work. A delivery note must not have been created/Packing must have been run on the hand scanner.


  • Go to Load and load lines, and mark the line in question, press "Reduce picked quantity".


  • Reduce picked quantity:
    1. Enter the desired location quantity to be moved back to.
    2. Enter the full or partial quantity that you want to unpick under "Inventory quantity to unpick".
    3. Check "Reduce load line quantity".
    4. Finish with OK.


  • The load line will disappear/reduce and the work's pick line will be canceled/reduced. The quantity entered in the "Inventory quantity to unpick" field will return to the specified location, and will appear correctly on-hand.
